Zoho is not connected. Admins can sign in with Zoho to store a refresh token (no manual code paste), or you can set credentials in the server environment.

Env alternative: ZOHO_CLIENT_ID, client secret, ZOHO_REFRESH_TOKEN, org IDs. Web client: register redirect …/api/zoho/oauth/callback in Zoho API Console and set the same in Application base URL in Settings so the app can build that URL.
